unable to connect to VPN via any connect

after setting up the sandbox, while trying to connect to vpn i am getting below error in anyconnect

[15-Dec-17 9:32:50 PM] Contacting 128.107.93.228.

[15-Dec-17 9:32:58 PM] Connection attempt has failed.

[15-Dec-17 9:32:58 PM] Unable to contact 128.107.93.228.

please ignore got connected now by changing the proxy settings
