Unable to establish VPN Connection to Sandbox Server "devnetsandbox-us-sjc.cisco.com:20125"

I am using openconnect on CentOS  I have also tried from Windows.  Can anyone help me troubleshoot this problem.

openconnect -b https://devnetsandbox-us-sjc.cisco.com:20125

Receiving the following message:

    POST https://devnetsandbox-us-sjc.cisco.com:20125/
    VPN service unavailable; reason: No assigned address
    Creating SSL connection failed

Having the same problem. Tried multiple devices on different networks.

 having the same problem tried running the same command as root , yet did not work ... tried multiple times with different sessions
