Unable to launch new ACI sandbox as old one stuck terminating here

The old sandbox is stuck on terminating for more than 1 day, please advise

@Mina Meichael sometimes they take a little while to clear and stick around, it should auto clear.. if it does not the eng team will have to clear this for you.
