Unable to reserve the Catalyst Center with ISE Sandbox

I've tried multiple times over the last few weeks to reserve the Catalyst Center sandbox because the 'Always-On' doesn't provide the features I need.  In particular, the ability to use ISE.  There used to be a feature allowing users to reserve the sandbox for future use.  What option is there to reserve that sandbox?

Since the platform was changed at the start of this year, from what i read from the team there is no future reservation available, this feature will be added in due time. The only option is to keep checking back to see if you can get a reservation at this time. You could check dcloud for options there.

I have the same issue. The last time I was able to successfully reserve that sandbox was on April 8th, 2024.  Been unable to reserve it since then. Someone please fix it, Cisco.

@MattA1 this isn't a 'fix' situation, these are free resources provided by a small team within Cisco for the community to use. Some sandboxes scale to 50 reservations, and even this is not enough to meet demand. As this is a free resources, many people use these and all sandbox are fair use policy. Check dcloud if you have access.

As the hardware sandbox is very popular and limited numbers of these types of sandboxes are available, you will have to re-try as time allows. We will in future iterations offer an virtual sandbox option for users. Also in the meantime you can try to utilize the catalyst center Always On sandbox to help further your education.
