Unable to start Meraki Small Business and Enterprise sandbox

I've been trying to start the Meraki Small Business and Enterprise sandbox for the last few days but it keeps failing.

I've seen the number of active sessions has slowly gone down to 1 so I guess no one else can start it either.

I pushed a fix to the sandbox and its spinning up fine now. Can you both try a reservation?
@Michael Maddern demos are no problem but keep in mind we only have 10 of these labs and we cannot do real time support. You may not get the lab if they are all fully booked. I may reduce the max reservation time to accommodate more users.

The launch option is greyed out now. But I see the active limit had been reduced from 10 to 1
