I am trying use jabber demo. I have created a userid(rameshCorey) and also requested the
sandbox access. As per the documentation (https://developer.cisco.com/site/jabber-websdk/learn/im-and-presence-how-to/use-jabber-im-ui-components/),
I should have got an email with 2 user ids. However I did not get any mail.

Ramesh

I see your reservation ended a day ago. Could you please reserve another collab 10.5 lab? We have a maintenance window set for the weekend, but you should be able to do at least 3 days.

Hi Travis,
I have reserved for 2 days.

Hi Travis,
It seems we are struggling to setup the demo for past few weeks. I appreciate if you could refer this issue to some of your senior subject matter experts and help us. Alternatively please let us know if any escalation procedure.

Ramesh

As stated before, If you can connect to the lab, and reach the lab devices, then I have to recommend trying the Jabber Developer forum.
https://communities.cisco.com/community/developer/collaboration/jabber
Otherwise, if you need help connecting to a lab, I will assist you in that. Do you have a current reservation you are trying to connect to? Or are you wanting to utilize the always on lab? Both are configured to work with the sample sdk code. Again, if you are having issues with using the api, then please try the Jabber forum.

Hi Travis,
As you are aware I am always using the sample sdk provided by cisco( not written any code of our own). I prefer to connect to the always connected lab.

Hi Travis,
Hope you remember we were trying this only earlier and I get the following error
Could not connect: <stream:error xmlns:stream="http://etherx.jabber.org/streams"><service-unavailable xmlns="urn:ietf:params:xml:ns:xmpp-streams"/></stream:error>
I wonder why your people could not provide a solution to this error?

Ramesh

Hey Ramesh,
I believe what Travis is saying is correct. I think your best bet is going to look at how your computer is accepting the certificates. Once you resolve this you should have no trouble connecting the jabber demo.
Thank You,
Ramesh
