VPN Access for new lab is not available, how to get support

I just got a new lab reservation and cannot connect via VPN.  I checked DNS resolution and validated connectivity via wireshark.  I'm seeing a TCP reset at connection attempt so I assume a firewall issue or service is not listening.  Is there a way other than a forum post to request assistance? Not seeing much other than this method to get help.
