VPN Connection to Sandbox failure on macbook

hello Team,

A connection from anyconnect at macbook started looking fine but after all is just rejected.

hello

your sandbox session has expired and that is why you cannot login to the sandbox or devices within the sandbox. Please reserve the sandbox again and re-try.

Seems like a issue with the Anyconnect version 4. because when I downgrade to version 3 on a macbook works fine. Thanks
