Webex Room Kit Plus CE - Invalid Credentials

I reserved a RoomKit Plus CE. I am trying to test the signage mode on the room kit plus. I connected to the vpn and https://10.10.20.155/web/signin?next=/web/signin/open.

Expected Outcome:

Input username xxx and password xxx

login successfully and shows emulated room kit device

Actual outcome:

Input username xxx and password xxx

login fails and UI displays Invalid Credentials
