I have reserved a Sandbox Broadworks, and am trying to register the account in ZoiPer and and it was working fine till Friday, the sandbox is still active today and am getting "Registration failed(Request Timeout(408))".
I have tried ending the reservation and requested for a new one and the problem still persists.
