My new cisco 4321 router comes with software version isr4300-universalk9.17.03.04a.SPA.bin.
By standard in my project all routers must have software version isr4300-universalk9.16.09.04.SPA.bin.
When downgrading the software from isr4300-universalk9.17.03.04a.SPA.bin. to isr4300-universalk9.16.09.04.SPA.bin. , there is a license problem .
Does that mean I have to apply for a new license?
