network (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy)

default-router (router lan ip)

dns-server (8.8.8.8)

domain name lan.internal

lease 1

Do you check :

- Trunk config port on Sw interface facingbthe routet

-Sub interface on Router interface facin the switch trunk port (https://study-ccna.com/configure-roas/)

- service-dhcp enable on Router

- Switchport mode access and switchport access vlan x (x=vlan id) commands configured on Switch interfaces facing hosts.
