RV042G problems adding new services in forwarding/Upnp menu

Today I had to reset the router completely to factory default, if I was adding services to the forwarding or UpNp service management, suddenly it stopped adding the new ones.

Even a restore didn't help.

Now after starting all over it's having the same behaviour, see below my services, normaly you can have 30 rules in this list but I cannot add new ones now.

Now I want to insert a new service IMAPS for port 993 so I go to service management

Then press "add to list" see below for result

It is there, then press OK and the screen closes, now if I choose a service from the list, it is not there !!

What is going wrong?

Ryan, this may be a browser related issue. Try to swap to firefox, chrome, ie, etc.

Sorry, no luck.

I have installed Mozilla Firefox and it gives me the same issue.

When I add a new rule it overwrites another one and I cannot see that I have already 30 rules now here :

And unused rules in my environment I cannot change or delete so I have more space for new rules.

How many services can you add in the service management list?

Ryan, I can't recreate your problem. I have a RV042G here where I have 30 services and as described, adding more over-writes a service since it is limited to 30. But honestly, I wish the router would just give an error indicating more services can't be added.

Hi,

But I only have 23 services yet in this service management and it already overwrites the last one.

This very annoying because I want to try out this FTP problem and I cannot add a service anymore.

Also there are a few services in this list which I do not use and I cannot change because these are probably defaults?

Hola, he podido resolver el problema sin restablecer los valores de fabrica del router RV042. Ingresando desde la red local se presenta el problema de no poder agregar mas servicios a la lista de servicios, pero al ingresar desde una red externa (Internet) pude agregar, editar y eliminar servicios de mi lista de servicios. Espero este problema no sea un bug del Firmware 4.2.2.08 y si lo es, ojala se corrija el problema en una nueva versión de Firmware.
