Hello Team,

for a company with fewer than 30 users. What is the least expensive on-premise solution to offer to implement a CISCO collaboration solution?

I agree with @florence023 that CUCM Express is the correct call control system for an on-premise deployment of Cisco Phones. However, Cisco Unity Express is end-of-life with no specific replacement product. One option in this case would be to install Cisco Unity Connection in a service module on the CUCM Express router and integrate the two.

For a small deployment, though, you may want to consider Webex which allows for registration of hard phones to your Webex environment in the cloud in addition to the use of the Webex soft client. This will give you a high level of flexibility for now and extensibility for the future.
