@Jueda the Cybersecurity Essentials appears to be a Cisco NetaCad course, not one which is owned by DevNet nor linked to the DevNet sandbox. You would you need to contact NetaCad for this.

Hello. From the image attached this does not look like an virtual machine loaded in oracle virtualbox we provide in DevNet Sandbox. please forward on information to the support team or provide information on where you downloaded or aquired the vm so we maybe able to assist.
