Active Directory Wizard

OK, my next issue... When attempting to setup AD using the wizard I get an error:

Unable to connect to your Active Directory server with these credentials.

I have tried multiple domain admin accounts.

Hi,

A couple of things to check are:

1) The IronPort can even connect to the AD server. For instance, are there any security devices between the two that would block access?

2) Use an LDAP browser such as Softerra ( free for download, check google.com ) to connect from a machine on the same subnet, if possible, as the IronPort.

For some reason the wizard would not work for me. I resolved it by just going into system admin, ldap and configuring it manually there.
