do not receive graphs in the report pages. For example for a week receive
"no data" or " An error occurred while retrieving the data.". After a few requests at the end received real graph, but only for thread messages and not for clean messages...

I'd suggest raising a call with support if you haven't already. This is most likely cause by a corruption in the reporting data which support will be able to help you fix.

This definitely sounds like a corrupt reporting daemon. Various things can cause this, such as improper shut downs and changing the time on the device by large steps (especially backwards).
On newer versions of AsyncOS you can reset the reporting database yourself, under the 'diagnostic' command at the CLI.
If this does not help, please do send a supportrequest from the device, and let Customer Support help with this issue.
