Can Cisco SMA Message Tracking CSV export shows Last State of splintered messages?

Hello,

I wanted to ask a question regarding Cisco SMA message tracking in my customer environment.

In the ESA, we have 2 outgoing policies, whitelist and blocking policy, and the email is sent to multiple recipients which splintered the message to both of those policies. It was captured on message tracking and all is well.

However, when I exported the message tracking to .csv format, I found that the csv only recorded the message last state which shows only the last state message splintered to the lower ordered policy on ESA. Is there a way that the message tracking can show us the last state message to the higher ordered policy as well?

Hi,

I believe the fix to below enhancement request should be able to fulfil your requirement:

You can add yourself to the notifications so that you are notified once a fix in place as currently there is no ETA.
