Can I create a rule that allows me to choose to encrypt?

We have a rule to quarantine outbound email containing account numbers, which can be anything from 3-10 numbers.  This is causing a lot of false positives so we need the option to release a Quarantined (false positive) email to the recipient unencrypted but I don't see where I can set that up.  Every message says *This message will be encrypted before delivery...

I would appreciate suggestions on how to release a DLP quarantined message with the option to encrypt or send in the clear.

Hello Greg,

I suggest you create a support ticket with the Cisco IronPort Support team to look further into your current configuration so recommendations or correction can be made to fix the encryption feature.

The support team will need to look at how you create the filter/rules to quarantine the outgoing mails in order to eliminate the false positives.
