copy to archive server

Hello,

what possibilitys have I got to send a copy of all in and outgoing mail to an separate server. (Archive Server Appliance)

I think a aliasconfig could work. Alternatives? It is a C360 appliance.

Hello Bernd,

another possibility would be to use a message or conten filter with a bcc-action.

Content Filter: Send Copy (BCC)

Message Filter:  bcc('archive@example.com');

You can either use without any condition, or use conditions to define which message should be matched.
