CES - Provisioning and licensing

Hello team,

1) When you purchase a CES subscription, are the licenses deposited in the Smart Account?
2) Does CES support Smart Licensing or Traditional licensing?
3) How long does it take for Cisco to create the CES Tenant?
4) Will the CES Tenant be created on the date the subscription begins?
5) Do I need to take any action to activate the licenses, or does Cisco automatically create the CES Tenant and activate the licenses?
6) Is it possible to request Cisco to create the CES Tenant one month BEFORE activating the licenses?

Hello there,

CES does not support smart licensing, yet. Licenses are managed by CES and run in traditional mode. 

Once your PO is processed, CES Team works in the background to create your environment and you will receive a welcome letter with your access to the environment and the necessary details.
