Changing Sender IP reputatiopn in Talos

Our mail server sender IP on Talos is listed as Poor, even though we are listed clean across the board on all other RBL lists and having no other services block our emails or give us a Poor grade. I have submitted a ticket on talosintelligence.com asking them to review our status and restore it to Neutral, but the only response I received was a copy/paste from their support page stating if we believe our reputation to be fixed, we see the change reflected on Talos within a few hours to just over a week and left the status UNCHANGED.

It has now been over a week and we have not seen our reputation change as they stated it should. The option to Email Support Regarding This Ticket doesn't seem to update the ticket or acknowledge if the message as sent or received by them, calling any support numbers resulted in only being told to go to talosintelligence.com and submit a ticket.

Their own support page states "If you know what your problem was and have fixed it, your score should improve automatically within 3-5 days. If your score does not improve within 3-5 days after you think you fixed the problem, please create a ticket and we’ll investigate." but despite having a ticket opened, it does not seem to they have investigated at all or provided any support.

Are there any other courses of action that can be taken to resolve the issue?
