Changing the spam threshold on one email account in IronPort ESA

One of our user has two email accounts and one of these accounts is receiving a displeasing amount of spam. Is it possible to lower the amount of spam that is being received for one account? Essentially, I am asking if it is possible to change the spam threshold for one account without slowing down the appliances.

Any insight or information will be helpful. Thank you!

Under Mail Policies/Incoming Mail Policies click on Add policy, give it a name.  Add the email address under recipients...

Then tune the policy as you like...
