Cisco Cloud Email Security license installing

I have the PAKs for ESA Inbound Essentials SW Bundle (AS, AV, OF) License, ESA Advanced Malware Protection License and ESA McAfee Anti-Malware License for Cisco Cloud Email Security

as usual I access the Product License Registration on  the cisco web site to request the license and enter the PAK  then get the SKU but at this point I must to choose the appliance type [physical or virtual] and also must put the devise serial number

Please, can anyone help me and tell me in the case of using the Cisco Cloud Email Security what is the device type?

How can I get the device serial number?

Also I need to know after I get the license, how should I install the license [CLI or GUI]?

Hello,

The Cloud Email Security (CES) licensing is not handled within the typical licensing tools and/or by our licensing team. You'll need to speak with your reseller and Account/Sales teams in order to have the CES licensing updated as this is done via a separate back-end process.

Is there a way to check when your CES license is due to expire within the interface or does that need to be done with the sales team?

Hello,

Yes, there is definitely a way to check the current feature key list and associated expiration dates. This can be confirmed within the GUI by navigating to the following : System Administration --> Feature Keys.
