I cannot get Cisco Email Security SSO to work with Duo. Has anyone been able to do so?

We have a few customers who have implemented it successfully in the past. At what step/stage are you seeing problems? configuration? authentication?

Hi,
I have Duo configured as the SAML IdP in CES and CES configured in Duo as a Generic SAML Service Provider - Single Sign-On. When I attempt to authenticate to CES I get the following error message:
Error

Authorization Failure! Please contact your administrator.

Duo shows that the authentication was successful but CES is saying it's not able to authorize?
