please guide how to add the new Exchange IP’s in Iron Port so that these IP’s will be able to send the Email Outside of MY domain

For allowing relay of emails outbound from the ESA you would need to navigate to Mail Policies -> HAT Overview -> Select the outgoing listener (if you have multiple) -> Relaylist -> Add the IP's for the exchange servers.
The ESA would only allow outgoing relay from IP's that are added to the Relaylist.
