Hello,
I have a Cisco ESA C360 (2 HDDs) with one fail HDD (300Gb, 15K). Now, it is still working well with one HDD. Please help me, what can i do to replace failed HDD.

You will need to open a support case. As long as the appliance is on an active contract, we can ship you an RMA drive.

Open the case against the serial number of the appliance with the failed drive, and include a good ship-to address and site contact (email, phone). Drives are sent out, and should reach you by next business day.
