Cisco esa - Failed to retrieve certificate

Hello,

since 30.07.25 i get the following warning message daily: 

"Failed to retrieve certificate and key from the Cisco Talos certificate service."

The actual used version is 16.0.2-112.

I hope somebody can help me in this case.

I can find a couple bugs, but only for version 14. 16 is supposed to be fixed. Here is the info from the bug, but workaround is a TAC case. 

Conditions: SMART Licensing enabled with Organization name containing special characters such as brackets () In the Smart license, the certificate should get download automatically from the Talos cloud server. The certificate is required to update the beakerd engine.

Workaround: Contact TAC with remote access details to download the certificate manually and upload it to the system
