Hi Cisco Community,
The ESA serial console was hang where it only shows black screen without any character.
Firstly i suspect the console cable faulty but when i try to connect to another ESA, it working.
Hope you guys can advise.

Hi Abdul,
As the device is not accessible using the console cable a RMA would be required to replace the appliance.
Please open a TAC case and they would be able to proceed with the RMA if the appliance is under an active hardware contract.
