ping tools.cisco.com

smartlicense status

try register force :

smartlicense register force

What version did you upgrade to?

Check, do you have valid License keys :

licensekeys (Verify your feature keys are still valid)

Hello, upgrade to version: Version: 15.0.5-016. The problem is that the service is probably not running on the gateways at all.

The Critical message is:

Connection to URL Retrospective registration service failed. Certificate verification failed. Contact Cisco TAC for assistance.
