Hi,
As per the virtual appliance installation guide currently Hyper-V support is only available for WSA images Async OS 11 and later.
All available virtual ESA downloads are available (requires you to login with your CCOID with a valid support contract)
They are not specific to Hyper-V.
(It may work on Hyper-V, however TAC does not support hyper-V setup for the vESA at the moment).

Recommended is to use VMware ESXi.

Are there plans to solve this problem? I do not want to buy VMware for a couple of virtual servers, considering that the entire virtual infrastructure is built on Hyper-V

I don't see any recent updates.
At the moment, "Other VMware hypervisors are supported on a “Best Effort” basis: Cisco will try to help you, but it may not be possible to reproduce all problems, and Cisco cannot guarantee a solution. "
So you may be able to configure and get it to work.
