Cisco ESA with IPS SMTP insecption

Dears,

when enabling SMTP inspection on IPS, emails are being stopped, and emails are not being delivered,

is there a way on ESA to fix this issue while using IPS inspection?

Depending on what exactly has been blocked in IPS. In these scenarios, we would like to start with mail_logs to see what is the error. Next configure and look into Injection Debug logs followed by a packet capture.

In general, if you know the issue, only then you can fix it.
