We have installed Cisco email security appliance ESA 170, mails are receiving and forwarding tot the local exchange server but no data found in the ESA GUI ( i mean from where mails are receiving etc) , and we are receiving spams also. Can any one help me to trouble shoot ?

Do you have Message Tracking enabled? From the GUI, Monitor > Message Tracking. This should give you an idea and understanding of the mail being delivered to your appliance for processing, and what the outcome of processing would have been.
For a little more in-depth approach - if needed, use the CLI and 'grep' command to step through your mail_logs.
If you are receiving spam - do you have Cisco IronPort Anti-Spam enabled and also active on your mail policy/policies?
If you are just turning up the appliance, have you followed through on the User Guide and setup wizard.
Please check our TechNotes for advanced troubleshooting and topic assistance.

Queued mail for delivery:
That is simply the mail is processed and sent to the end destination for delivery.
Receiving aborted by sender:
Content filter recommendation? That would be up to you. Would recommend to have a good read and review of the User Guide in order to best facilitate what may be in store for your appliance.
