So, that depends upon what you mean by "Bulk Mail IDs". If you mean the mail marked as Bulk by Graymail, you may want to watch how you handle it. Typically Bulk is stuff users sign up for on purpose, so it's legit mail.
We quarantine it so users get it in their Spam digest...
