What is the impact of not renewing the support for IronPorts S370?

Could you also confirm which functions will grind to a halt and the functions which will resume as normal on the Web Security Appliance?

It becomes a smart relay, and nothing more.  No antispam, no reputation, no AV, etc.

I think you can still use content filters, mail filters, LDAP lookups, dmarc/spf/dkim, s-MIME. 

All of the stuff in the Security Services menu is licensed separately, which is what you'll lose.
