Via GUI, you can add a host to sendergroup and also include a comment field.
Via CLI reference, I do not see an explicit mention of how to add this. I do see another command with --comments but this is not working.
ie:
listenerconfig edit Outbound hostaccess edit sendergroup SenderGroup new host1.com,host2.com --comments=test
