commit changes hangs device

I'm running a C10 with ASYNCOS 5.2. I just reset it to factory specs and started configuring the device. When I got through the network config anc clicked the commit changes it hung. I've had the device powercycled and I still can't reconnect to it.

As an aside, made no modifications to the access settings/IP address for the internal interface. So at the very least I should be able to HTTPS or SSH to that interface.

Ideas other than getting on the serial cable again?

That's what console ports are for. :wink: We have our console ports hooked up to a Cyclades console server, so we can SSH to them from anywhere.
