guys can you help me? what does this alert mean? we are getting this on our old C300 series that we are about to replace
The Critical message is:
work queue paused, 214 msgs, antispam, vof

To open a support request for this issue, access the IronPort C300 and issue the "supportrequest" command. The command sends an email with diagnostic information directly to your IronPort support provider to facilitate a rapid diagnosis of the problem.

Hi there --
I found this KB article:
I'm thinking that it might mean "When IronPort AntiSpam is in the process of updating its rules, it will pause the processing of messages in the workqueue until its rules are completely downloaded and updated."
