We are in the process of modifying a content filter for domain with a awful/poor reputation. We want to move these messages to the SPAM quarantaine by adding the header: X-IronPort-Quarantine to the message.
In our test the messages are moved to the SPAM quarantaine. However the notification message with the message link is not directly sent to the recipient.
Does someone know how we can trigger the notification message ?
