Please explain the difference between
Difference between Cisco Email Security Appliance, Cisco Email Security Virtual Appliance and Cisco Cloud Email Security.

Cisco Email Security Appliance is a physical server (used to be Dell, now Cisco UCS) that has "AsyncOS for Email" on it.
Cisco Email Security Virtual Appliance is a VMware virtual machine, running that same software, on your infrastructure.
Cisco Cloud Email Security is basically 2 vms running that same software, hosted by Cisco where you get access to most of its configuration.

Its all the same software:
Do you want it on a box you rack? Cisco Email Security Appliance
Do you want it as a VM? Cisco Email Security Virtual Appliance
Do you want someone else to host it for you? Cisco Cloud Email Security
Find your Cisco Sales guy if you need more than that...

Which deployment will have less price?
Differentiate persons needed to support Virtual and cloud apart from Cisco.

Generally VMs ought to have a lower price over the appliance (you don't have to buy the hardware).
I don't know anything about pricing for the Cloud...when they announced, the smallest they were licensing was 500 seats, and we were in the 200's...
You REALLY should find a decent reseller...
