This is an expected behaviour. If you go back to SMA (assuming its part of deployment) and tail ISQ log, you would see notifications being sent to the bounce email address. (which generally is a no-reply@ces.xxx.com)

Here's the reference from user guide,

"Recipient Does Not Receive Notifications

Problem

Recipient is not receiving spam notifications.

Solution

  • If notifications are being sent to the “Deliver Bounce Messages To:” address instead of to spam recipients, this means that spam notifications are enabled, but spam quarantine access is not enabled."

Hi UdupiKrishna,

Thanks. I checked the user guide and find the "solution".

But it much more like a limitation. Why not unselect quarantine access and make "enable spam notification" begin unselect and greyed.

It was very confuse.
