Hi,
Configure an dkim profile and signing keys on CES gateway, it shows warning message on gateway, however on mxtool box shows dkim publish sucessfully.

Do you still have the same issue? - I had a similar issue and after watiing for a few hours, it worked as expected in ESA.

Are you using an internal DNS? If so, is the DNS record also published there?
