Dear Experts,
We recently purchased an IronPort ESA C680 with default installed AsyncOS 9.7!
We have already some IronPort ESAs C660 with 7.6 installed. I found that C660 models cannot support the AsyncOS 9.7.
That is not a way to downgrade the AsyncOS? because we cannot actually upgrade the C660 hardware.
Any idea please?
Thank you so much.

Hello Abdollah,
the default version shipped with the appliance couldn't be reverted, so the only thing you could do is to create a support case with the TAC in order to RMA the appliance with another appliance with older version.
Best Regards

Hello SISMAEL,
Thank you so much for your reply.
After checking, I found that Cisco themselves upgraded the C680 from 8.5.6 to 9.7 :)
So we did just a revert and we have now the 8.5.6.
So we can upgrade our C660 to this version.
Best regards.
