When using the "Download Only" feature to download an update (in this case 9.7.1-066) to my C370, I get 2 emails when it completes, one with the subject of "Info <System> esa1: download of the upgrade image successful", and then the next one with the subject of "Warning <System> esa1: download of the upgrade image failed"
Is there any way to tell what the real status of the file is?

I'm seeing the same symptoms on our C100V, our DR unit worked perfectly yesterday.
I would note that when attempting to download the updates to a local machine from http://updates.ironport.com/fetch_manifest.html I get about 10-20MB in and it fails.
I'm guessing the updates server is having issues.

Hello Ken,
if you initiate the download via the command line, you can use the downloadstatus command to actively monitor the download progress.
