Hello,
I have situation where some of emails sent from outside of organization to multiple recipients is shown as different emails.
Example:
From:user@external_domain.com
To:user1@domain.com ; user2@domain.com
CC:user3@domain.com
This email is shown as 3 different emails with each having different ID in esa message trace. While some emails sent from same domain to multiple users are shown as one email with 1 ID.
Anybody has idea why some emails are split in multiple emails with different IDs?
