Encrypted message recipients not receiving CRES envelope notification

For the past day and 1/2, when we send encrypted emails from Ironport via CRES, the recipients do not receive
an email notification with the envelope link.

The encrypted messages appear in the CRES admin console so CRES is receiving.

Anyone else having this issue?

Lance,

I suggest checking mail_logs to understand how the appliance is handling the message. With log info you can open a case if needed.

Also, logging to:

https://res.cisco.com

And sending an email from CRES would give you an idea if this is something with CRES serves in general.

I remember something about CRES service outage recently but could not find the confirmation at the time I am writing this response.
