Error occurred while retrieving data on System Status GUI Page

Hi everyone!

I have problem on C600V ESA, the system status page MONITOR>SYSTEM STATUS show me an error "Error occurred while retrieving the data" on Mail System Status column, the version also not displayed, please take a look at the capture bellow:

Not only that, the the button to reset counter also have the same problem

This ESA is new btw, it have the same exact version with existing ESA. What should I do to solve this?

Run a perf analysis and check if you having issues with storage just in case, otherwise open a TAC case

When deploying the ESA, our customer only set two network adapter, the problem solved by adding the third network adapter.
