hey all

we have two c350 clustered and want to move to two new c370 machines,

first we upgraded the 350's to Asyncos 7.6.1-022    (same as the 370's)

during the upgrade i saved the config from each box and now im trying to upload the config

to one of the 370 and get a strange error:

Configuration File was not loaded. ERROR: Element 'system_euq' missing before element 'euq_mail' at Unknown:4819:15 Text:******** <euq> <euq_mail> <euq_dedicated_appliances>

what might be the problem ?

thanks !

Hi,

from your description it seems that you saved the configuration file in cluster mode. This will not work. If you go for this method (moving configuration file from one appliance to the other) then you need to make sure that the file is saved in machine mode. For this you need to remove the machine from the cluster using clusterconfig - removemachine. Also, visit this knowledge base article which describes the two methods for replacing appliances in a cluster.
