ESA 390 AsyncOS latest Version is 9.1.2-036 and not 9.7

Hallo, in reference of the Cisco Admin Guide, the latest AsyncOS for ESA is 9.7, but when I look on our brand new ESA C390, it has the Version 9.1.2 which was build only two months ago on 2016-02-19.

Why I can't get the newest AsyncOS for our C390

Hi Phillip,

The C390 is not yet GA. It is still in post-beta phase. As the hardware of these models are quite different than the other models (C370/C380), Cisco wants to make sure that there are no issues what so ever running AsyncOS on this hardware. Hence, only 9.1.2 has been released for this hardware so far.

There will be new release notifications sent out when a new version has been released for this hardware. Please keep an eye on those notifications as they explain all the details:
