while configuring ESA and started to relay emails from exchange to ESA i have down time for 30 min , in these times i tried test outgoing mails from inside to Gmail to see logs in ESA , it gave me mails delayed in queue , after then i have solved the problem and mails that were in queue went to GMAIL but as SPAM ,
so what was the problem with that , every mails willbe in queue will sent as spam to other destination ?

If the emails are being marked as spam by gmail we would need to seek clarification from gmail support as to why they consider these emails as spam usually email content, sender reputation, DNS records etc.
Emails being delayed in queue would not cause emails to be classified as spam.
